Our Process

Please complete our enquiry form and we will be in touch within 2-3 business days. The more information we receive from you, the more accurate the quote we can provide you.

Finalise the details of your order and secure your date in our calendar by arranging your deposit.
If you are ready to get started right away, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any design work takes place. The balance is required to be paid in full before any printing starts.
Following receipt of payment, we will send a link to our client portal so that you can confirm details and we can begin the design and collaboration process.

Upon receiving payment, we will ask you to provide via email the details for your invitations, including wording, color changes, and any other design personalization discussed. Once we received all your information, your first design proof will be presented(1-3 business days for designs from our collection, 1-2 weeks for custom designs), we will email you a set of digital proofs for you to look over and approve. Three digital revision rounds are included for minor changes to text and calligraphy. Any additional edits after this will incur a fee.
*Proof feedback must be received within 3 business days to stay within the timeline.

Please double-check all spelling, grammar, text, and layout before signing off on your proofs, once approved Daylight Letters is not responsible for any layout or typographical errors. Please see details in our Terms & conditions for further information.

Orders can be expedited for additional fees. A rush may not be available during peak times, please inquire for applicable fees and rush fulfillment.

Final payment is due upon proof approval. Once the final payment have been received, the designs will be sent to production. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for print production (depending on printing technique) and 2-3 business days for delivery within Hong Kong and 4 – 6 business days for International delivery.
Allow an additional 1-2 weeks if enhancements are added. We will follow up when your goods are ready to ship. Please note, timeline varies depending on quantity, availability, communication time, etc.
We will always confirm timelines and schedules with you once your order has been processed.
Once your order has gone to print, we are unable to reduce the quantity of the sets you’ve placed. If you need to order more and your order has gone to print, a set-up fee and additional time will be added to your project’s production.

Once the stationery is complete and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmatory email via email. Tracking number is also provided if applicable.
For international orders, we use FedEx for tracked and insured shipment on wedding paper. Please ensure that the address you are providing is correct. Shipping times may vary, see estimated standard delivery times below:

Order fulfillment

It’s an important pre-invitation and announcement to guests to reserve your date. It is ideal to send save the dates for destination weddings 10-12 months in advance. This gives guests plenty of time to plan for time off, book travel and accommodations, and take care of any other travel or wedding related requirements.
If you are ordering from an international location please adjust accordingly to allow longer shipping times.

Availability varies during peak times, and project turnaround depends on our current order load. Please contact us for current lead times and to reserve a spot to ensure your order is completed in time for your event. We usually recommend allowing 1-2 months for the entire process from design personalization to order completion. This does not include shipping, so if you are ordering from an international location please adjust for longer shipping times. Let us know when you are hoping to have your invitations in hand and we will do our best to work within your timeline.

Please apply as early as possible as we only takes on a certain number of custom designs throughout the year. We recommend book as early as 9-12 months, but no later than 6 months before your wedding date.


We also offer a selection of paper goods to coordinate seamlessly with your invitation aesthetic, creating a unique wedding experience for you and your guests from start to finish.

Traditional day of stationery items include ceremony programs, escort cards, seating plans, menu cards, place cards, favor tags, labels, and table numbers.
