An Exquisite Artistic Experience

Treat your guests to a bespoke portrait, sketched on the spot at your event. It’s an easy, elegant way to delight them and leaves them with a stylish memento of the day. Ideal for celebrations big or small—weddings, parties, or corporate nights.

Enjoy 3 hours of live sketching at your event, with guests painted first-come, first-served. The longer Jas stays, the more guests leave with their own bespoke artwork. Jas’ll arrive an hour early to set up, ensuring a seamless start. 

– HKD12800 3 hours at your event, up to 24-28 guests / 12-14 couple illustrations

– or HKD15800 4 hours at your event, up to 36-40 guests / 18-20 couple illustrations
– 5×7 inch paintings presented in a protective sleeve

Prices include paper & materials and local travel expenses.

Up to 4 hours on-site (can be divided in between cocktail hour and reception)

At the event, guests can sit or stand in front of Jas while she creates their live portrait, or guests will have their photo taken, enjoy the event, then pick it up at the end! Guests receive a 5”x7” sketch in a clear pouch. On average each painting of single guest takes 6 – 7 minutes. Taking into account transition

time for guests & artist in between each painting, Jas can paint approximately 8 -9 guests per hour.

Our Process

During the discovery stage, we find out more about you and your event through email. Packages are discussed, contracts are signed, payments are made and your start date is set!

Next is the research stage, where we begin to share more visions. This involves researching, creating moodboards and brainstorming initial concepts!

This stage is when you will start to see your invitation come to life! We will be sending you through sketches, or inital designs and figuring out a best layout that suits your wedding!

After deciding an overall direction, we will start creating graphics and mockup! This is when any layout is designed and presented in mock-ups so that you can visualise the invitation in a real life setting.

Once you are happy with the stationery, a digital mock up will be sent to you for e-signature. 

We can also add as many extras to your package as you’d like to compliment your design and truly make it one of a kind. Choose from wax seals, silk ribbon, twine, velvet ribbon, envelope liners and more! 

Normal Printing lead time: 3 weeks, handmade paper/Printing methods excluding digital might require 3-4 weeks
