When should I send my save the dates & invitations?
Save the Dates should be sent out approximately 8-12 months in advance to give your guests notice for travel planning and accommodations. Invitations should be sent out 8-10 weeks before the wedding day, with a RSVP date of 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding. If the wedding is on a holiday weekend, a destination wedding, or if a majority of guests are from out of town, invitations can go out 12-14 weeks in advance.
When should I order my stationery?
The earlier the better!We accept limited custom design clients. Start at least 7 months before your wedding, ideally a year for Save the Dates. Custom invitations take 2–3 months for design and completion, plus 4–6 weeks for printing and assembly, depending on scale. Semi-custom invitations take 4–6 weeks. Orders require quotation approval and a booking deposit.
Do you share source Files for the Invites?
We only share JPEG (digital image) version send via WhatsApp, no project/printable files are shared.
Possible have few copies before mass production?
Once the order is placed, we always prepare digital file ( PDF ) proof for your e-signature.
Physical test prints aren’t offered, as they cost the same as full production. Instead, I’ll provide two files for your approval before printing:
- A black-and-white A4 PDF to review font size and spelling.
- A digital color mockup to preview your design.
Do you make other stationery items, like place cards, seating plans, etc.?
Yes, we do. We are happy to offer matching on-day items to your invitations, whether you ordered with us or elsewhere. Please allow three weeks for ordering time.
How many proofs do I get with my order?
The Collection Design: 2 rounds of Minor revisions for wordings, ink colors, no design edits
Custom Design: Once I take a deep dive into mood board of yours, I will create initial sketches for you to review, then a refine version will be presented. You get 3 rounds revisions if needed. Additional proofs can be added at an extra cost. (Which is quite rare as we will communicate clearly through the process) Please note that additional proofs may affect order timelines.
Can you do invites in different languages?
Certainly, we can! We kindly request that you ensure the text you provide is free of any spelling or grammatical errors.
How does the shipping work?
Shipping will be charged to you once the items are ready to ship. Hong Kong: Pickup/SF Express/Lalamove Oversea: We ship the goods carefully via UPS with standard delivery times of 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages during shipping. Please order paper goods early to account for transport and customs.
I have designed my invitations already, could you print them for me?
We’re not accepting print-only projects at this time.
