Art Nouveau inspired wedding invitation for Heirloom weddings | Daylight Letters
Have you ever thought of including your favorite artist to your wedding?
Mucha is one of my favorite artist!
Alfons Maria Mucha, known internationally as Alphonse Mucha, was a Czech painter, illustrator and graphic artist, living in Paris during the Art Nouveau period, best known for his distinctly stylized and decorative theatrical posters, particularly those of Sarah Bernhardt.
For the envelope liner, I added his vintage floral pattern to create an elegant touch. And I also included a bold display font and a vintage ornate borders to the design.
About the invitation closure, I tried to be playful on this design,I chose one of his painting – “flirt” as a vellum wrap.
